Full bridal shop service (in-store facilities and staff) is not available with an online comparison purchase. As with an Internet purchase, the customer is responsible for choosing the size and color of their gown and for all alterations. How to Order
Using email, provide us with your name, address, wedding date and number in party. Include with this information the best online quote for a
specific designer and style number that you have received from an online bridal distributor. Within twenty-four hours we will notify you by email as to whether we can meet or beat the price submitted. Should you decide to place your order with us, we will then send you, by fax or U.S Mail, the required order form. Included will be a size chart and all other necessary information. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation within 1-3 days by email. The confirmation will provide all information about your order including what you ordered, the shipping address and the outside guaranteed delivery date to you.Timing Your Order
Place your order as far ahead of your wedding as you can. It is best to leave yourself lots of time for fittings and alterations.
Average delivery is 12 weeks. We get the best delivery date possible when placing your order. If a rush charge is required by the factory to get your order to you in the allowed amount of time, we will let you know. Information on rush delivery charges will be included in the order form material that you receive.Your order confirmation will give you a "guaranteed outside delivery date" based on the designers
actual ship date for your order. Your order will probably arrive well before the guaranteed outside delivery date, but never later!How to Best Choose Sizes
Included with your order form will be a factory size chart. On the chart will be important information on how to measure and the additional costs for extra size and length. Remember that factory measurements are approximate. Be sure to use the factory size chart to aid you.
Do not go by your normal dress size. Gowns are not custom made; therefore you need to order to fit the largest part of the body and take it in where it’s too large. If a dress is too small it could be a real problem; if it is too large a seamstress can usually alter it to fit. Sizes cannot be changed once the order has been placed.What About Extra Length and Plus Sizes?
Most factories suggest that you should consider ordering extra length if you are 5’8" or taller with shoes on. Extra length is usually an additional 5" of fabric added to the dress, and you will need to hem the dress to the length desired in almost every
case. Remember-if not sure, it is better to have too much length and be able to shorten than to have a dress that is too short and can not be lengthened. See the factory size chart for more specific information.Extra length costs extra,
as usually do larger sizes over size 16. For these costs refer to the factory size chart.Colors
Most designer/manufacturers provide a chart of available colors for a particular dress on their web site. Actual color swatches are available for some designers and can be requested from us for a fee. Contact us at

Payment
You may pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
If more than one card is used, add $3 per credit card. The full amount of your order will be charged when your order is received and processed by us. Orders using a credit card can be faxed to us. You may also pay in full with a check or money order by including the check with your mailed order.Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping charges to one address are included in the price you are quoted. However, there will be a charge of
$15 for each additional shipping address. All individually ordered and shipped dresses are charged a "single dress handling fee" of $20 (this does not apply to wedding gowns) in addition to the price you are quoted. A signature will be required
, so to avoid a delay, it is strongly recommended that you use an address where someone will be readily available to sign for the package. Therefore it may be advisable to have it shipped to a work address.Address Changes
You can change a shipping address at any time prior to the order being shipped by us. You can email us at
Caradonna Bridal to request a change. Please note that should a shipping address be incorrect, the shipper will charge additional fees to redirect the package. In such case you will be charged up to $15 for re-shipping; if you have a credit card on file it will be charged.You are responsible for notifying us of any change in home address, phone number or email address by contacting us at
Caradonna Bridal. Make sure that we confirm your changes with a reply email.Can Bridesmaid and Flower Girl Orders be Placed Separately?
Yes they can but it is more cost effective to place them together in one order. First, there is a
"single dress handling fee" of $20 that is avoided when ordering dresses together. Second, dye lots are only guaranteed when the bridesmaid dresses are placed together as one order. We strongly suggest that you order all bridesmaid dresses on one order form.Return Policy
All gowns are special orders made specifically for each customer.
Place your order carefully as it cannot be canceled or changed once it is processed, or returned or exchanged once received as ordered.Our Guarantee: You will receive the gown you order, brand new from the designer/manufacturer, and you will receive it by the outside delivery date we give you in your confirmation.
If the dress we send you is not what you ordered (the size, color or style ordered), brand new and flawless from the designer/manufacturer that makes it, we and the factory will stand behind our guarantee and will either repair or replace the dress.
Size Note: Remember, all dresses are special ordered in the size that you choose. The manufacturer is obligated to cut the dress to the measurements of their size chart. Dresses can not be returned if the sizes
